• Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance: Preventive and corrective maintenance of critical building systems such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) units, generators, electrical installations, and lighting systems. We ensure consistent climate control, power supply, and illumination in client’s offices through regular inspections and timely repairs.
• Plumbing & Water Systems: Maintenance of plumbing infrastructure including water supply lines, drainage, and restrooms. We address leaks, water pressure issues, and ensure clean water availability and proper wastewater management to prevent any disruption.
• Fire Safety Systems: Routine inspection and servicing of fire prevention and protection systems – for example, fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, sprinklers, and emergency exits. This ensures that client’s facilities remain compliant with safety regulations and that all fire safety equipment is always functional.
• Building Maintenance & Repairs: Upkeep of the building fabric and structural elements. Our team handles minor civil repairs (carpentry, doors and windows, drywall, paint touch-ups), ceiling and flooring maintenance, and general building wear-and-tear issues. By proactively maintaining the premises, we preserve the professional appearance and functionality of client’s workspace.
• Equipment & Asset Maintenance: Management of facility equipment such as UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplies), server room cooling units, and other specialized systems. We can coordinate calibration and repairs for critical equipment, working seamlessly with any third-party technicians as needed to minimize downtime.
• Energy Management Support: Monitoring of energy usage (lighting, HVAC, etc.) and implementation of energy-saving measures. For instance, we can schedule efficient operation of lighting/HVAC or install timers and sensors to optimize energy consumption, supporting client’s sustainability goals.
